BREWERS ASSISTANT

We're on the hunt for a keen individual who's eager to learn the ins and outs of brewing and join the crew full time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Brew prep and brew day assistance
• Cellaring work (kegging, CIP, canning line operations)
• Occasional bar shifts and general brewery duties
• And yes... lots and lots of cleaning

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of professional brewery experience
• Solid understanding of Work Health & Safety
• Current forklift and driver’s license
• NSW RSA certificate & passion for beer
• Comfortable with physical work and getting stuck in
• Reliable, motivated, and keen to learn
• Positive, solution-focused, and organised
• Able to work flexible hours depending on demand

You’ll also be part of the action at our events, both onsite at the brewery and offsite with our community of craft beer lovers.
