Taproom & Sales Legend Wanted 🍻 Full-time

Love working in hospitality as a shift or venue manager but ready to try something new?
Or maybe you've got a background in sales and want to jump into a more people-focused, community-driven role?

This could be the perfect fit.

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, personable, and motivated all-rounder to join our team in a split role:

Local Sales – Hit the road and rep Wandana Brewing Co. to bars, bottle shops, and venues in the region. You'll build relationships, grow our footprint, and help get our beers into more hands.

Taproom & Events – You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Mullumbimby taproom, leading shifts, creating great vibes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also help bring the party to life at our events—both onsite at the brewery and out in the community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who:
-Loves hospitality and connecting with people
-Has experience managing shifts or venues (or is ready to take that step)
-Is keen to grow their skills in sales and customer engagement
-Wants to be part of a tight-knit, independent brewery doing things a little differently

Work days can vary between Tuesday to Saturday and Wednesday to Sunday depending on what we have on. It's a mix of in-taproom shifts, events, and sales on the road.
