Our submission to this year's GABS Beer Festival - AZTEC is an interesting twist on a classic beer style. Aztec's origin begins life as our recently Gold Medal Awarded Lager, that has been Infused with South American Organic Cacao Beans. This gives this once sacred ingredient the perfect canvas to shine. With lovely dark chocolate/ nutty flavour and a crystal-clear pale appearance, it’s certainly a unique beer. Like all our beers this one has also been fermented to music (Mayan Traditional Music).
